Planning to change rear tyre of karizma. I've 110 section tyre in mind. Anything above that will be overkill. I'm looking for dual purpose tyres and the only one I could find was sirac street. But there was reviews about sirac street saying that it has lost quality, wet grip is nightmare etc. Also, I'm using 90 section mrf zapper kurve in front. So I don't think sticking to stock 100/90-18 will be a good idea. Please let me know the quality of sirac street or recommend me some other dual purpose 18 inch tyres. Also, is it fine to use zapper kurve in front and sirac at rear?

I also visited store that deals with CEAT tyres. They have 100/80 17 ZOOM PLUS F for front and 140/60 R17 ZOOM RAD for rear. The thread pattern is similar to stock tyre. They rubber also appears to be soft-medium compound.
Since the stock MRF tyres aren't available I was thinking of going with the CEAT as I need a tyre change urgently.
Does anyone here switched to CEAT on gixxer? Or used the mentioned tyre above?
If so how is the experience? Particularly high speed grip and cornering feedback.
And also how does the tyre perform in wet conditions and braking?
Help please!! Shall I go with the CEAT or search some other places for stock MRF?
I want to stick to the stock tyre size and not upsize.
I'm from Goa and my budget is 5.5K.

Re: Tyres - RX135
Ok since I didn't get a response, will reply to myself
Feedback on MotoD is that it's not an upgrade over stock in terms of performance (as all rounder) so I'm dropping the idea....
Now thinking of going for 2.75x18 Zapper FS front and 3.0x16 Sirac Street rear.
Riding conditions :
- RX135 5S
- Not a daily commuter.
- Terrain :
- Bad bangalore roads + stone/dirt
- Monsoon and wet riding
- One monthly road trip of continuous 80km (one way) to village
- Two or three longer road trips of 300km (one way)
What are your opinions? What would be the merit to choose FS ? Or Should I go SIRAC front and back and be done with it?

I know that MRF zapper FS/FV are recommended for front (2.75/18) but I'm interesting in the Moto-D series.
Would there be any demerits in running- 2.75 x 18 - Front - MotoD
- 3.25 x 16 - Back - MotoD (Alternatively 3.00 x 16 if 3.25 is unavailable)
- Understood that 16" reduces handling but I'm used to it since years
p.s. Open to Michellin Sirac as well that since my M45 is ancient and still doing great.

Just for your reference of the type of path the bike has treaded. See the photos. There are no short-cuts to any place worth going. So ride safe when you are treading uncharted roads.
