    No problem with different manufacturer. Since both sizes are different. I use Michelin radials front and mrf zapper s rear on my ns200 .

      I am running on Masseter on rear and MRF FC1 at front. Drives great.

      Masseter takes some time and heat to show its real capabilities. I am more impressed by fc-1. Good cornering, braking distance is good, gives good look, gives a good ride height.

      But let me tell you recently I had a slight slip with this combination. What I felt was both tyres weren't in sync. I was doing hard cornering when I felt a little skid from rear as front had a good grip.

      Both tyres are in good conditions. One of the cause may be tyres weren't hot enough (it was cold, winter night time)
      Its not the Bike that makes a Biker perfect, its a Biker who makes his Bike perfect :)

        The Masseter is of a bias belt construction whereas the revz fc1 is a radial . Isn't it wrong to combine a radial front and a bias belt rear tyre? Maybe that might be the reason it skid or the feeling that they are not in sync !!

          Have anyone used Ceat Zoom Rad X1 tyres both front and rear. I need for my Dominar. Is it better than MRF REVZ C1 tyres? Any idea about grip on wet roads while cornering.

            Nope, I haven't used Ceat Zoom tyres, but gave it a critical look at the last IBW when they were launched and was impressed by the tyre quality, construction and price. But as they say, the proof is in eating the pudding, so should you decide to opt for these tyres, please do post your review.

              I have used non radial ceat zoom tyres & believe me they were the worst tyres ever i used. Uneven wear , low life , puncture prone ....

                Anyone has any experience with Tvs ProTorq tyres?
                Just saw them at a dealership.The tread pattern looked nice and it was also economical. A 110/70-17 was quoted at 1900.

                  Remember it's TVS that made Michelin's for Michelin. Their Remora and ProTorq are all made in the same facility. ProTorq being the upper motorcycle spectrum, vis a vis, the Masseter, Michelin Pilot Street Radial. Though I haven't gotten any hands on experience, they have a state-of-the-art facility with excellent manufacturing processes for the ProTorq series which should see better life on the road. I'd suggest, you definitely go for it if your budget allows and do post your detailed review along.

                    The life is not something that I am too much concerned about, I had a R15 and now I ride a cbr 250 since the past 1 year and I am not too happy with the handling of the bike , hence was on the lookout for a tyre which might help improve it.Had my eyes on the diablo rosso 2 but only 2015/16 stock available now. The reason mentioned by the delaer for the old stock was "DEMONITIZATION" .Saw the protorq at a dealer while enquiring about the rossos.

                      There have been instances where dealers give away tires at a good price, owing to their age, cease of production and what not. ProTorq is the new kid on the block, though they've been launched quite some months back, they're slowly gaining momentum. Case in point, even JK tires have started producing tires for the two wheeler market right from scooters to the commuter segment.

                          Hello guys! I have Hornet 160r since 2 years down the line. I recently change the rear tyre and installed michlen pilot. I could feel the difference from stock MRF. Stability is perfect. But still I would like to know if there are any drawbacks of the same. And also I will be installing michlen for front also before this rains.

                            The only drawback would be lack of grip on the front till you change it. It's actually quite risky. I'd recommend change the front ASAP

                              Hi... Its now complete one month I have changed my front tyre to Michlen.. And guess what suffered from same pain of 3 puncture again due to broken glass. I dunno how to get escape fron this problem.

                                You are using soft compound tyre so this is inevitable , some Michelin are puncture prone .
                                Mrf massetor is a good combination of soft & hard compound
