Suggest a tyre accordingly. Till now have zeroed in on Zapper C (110/80) for rear, nothing for front. Please to suggest, if some other options are available.

I want to change both front and rear and how much will be getting in exchange for selling these off. I stay on old airport road, if possible also suggest some shops nearby for the same.
      Thanks!
Being a TVS owner myself I can vouch for how pathetic their tyres are. But considering it to be a 2.75 90/90 why don't you try the Michelin Sirac 90/9 excellent stuff. I am planning to get for my Victor too. Or else you have the Zapper FS. FS is a very good tire, currently in my Pulsar, but if you want more grippy stuff, look no other than Michelin. Will be getting them on my next change.

I guess your friend uses the FZ Revz is a good tire, good cornering abilities, and the only gripe, it just doesn't last long, and with undue care (proper inflation), the tire just doesn't last long. But what other choice have you got!

Just stick with the stock setting if you're fully loaded as per the spec sheet. If you stick to to the manufacturer recommended tire size say 90/90 and be it any brand CEAT, MRF, Michelin etc etc, just use the recommended PSI listed on teh tank or next to the rear tire. The correct tire pressure for the RTR is 28Psi(Front) and 32Psi (Rear) but you can use 26 in the front for added grip and full pressure with pillion and weight plus luggage. If you're solo, you can use 26 PSI in the front for added grip, but with pillion you can use 28 with added weight means more stress on the tires, so inflating it to the recommended level would be very helpful.

Which has better grip between Zapper FQ and Zapper FS (front tires)? Never knew Zapper FQ existed in 18 rim size. Zapper FS is the regular stock tire on most of the 18 inch rims and is 'just' decent. I am looking at the FQ 80/100 TL option for my ZMA. The thread pattern is similar to R15 V1's front tire.

            MRF Tyres
HH Karizma (Current) || CBF Stunner PGM-FI || Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler
Honda Aviator || Kinetic Flyte || Kinetic Blaze || HH Splendor

Almost all Zapper series are quite good, not so excellent as such, but yes, they lose their performance during hard braking, did that fell down and luckily got dusted my arse off. But same in wet conditions, not so good grip but yes they do offer okay-ish protection. FS. FQ more or less should fall in the same category it's just the sizes and model names differ but not to diss the fact that not all tires are the same but yes at least 85 to 90% of the tires listed are of the same compound.

First of all congrats for your new purchase. But I have an opinion after looking at the tread pattern of the front tyre. I wonder if it is technically sound to cut through water in wet situations. Infact many users have shown up with some negative reviews about the wet performance of a Michelin. I mean no negative thoughts here but only to hear your humble experience.

                          Warm Regards,

You're right and wrong, Michelin tires too were imported like most other brands, but the recent introduction of the Michelin Sirac Street (Mfd in India) version is what makes the game a little different. It's this tire that's getting mixed reviews with most being off-cliff. Though this being the *Michelin PS* offers excellent grip both wet and dry, it doesn't hold well on gravel and lasts as much as the front stock tire.

                            Cheers!

Mandar, that is a Pirelli Sport demon made for front tyre! Rear tyre does not have that tread pattern, only front one does!! You can confirm it from their website itself.

But lets hope you wont face any issues due to that.

PS is very very good, did you read it correctly. I was talking about the SIRAC STREET not PS

And don't *don't* in your wildest dreams even compare the TVS stock Tires to the Michelin PS. It's way ahead of TVS being a TVS rider myself. Almost the entire range of TVS plonk their own tire. Oh boy I don't wanna get started on those darn TVS tires.
