Check this for nearest dealer - Michelin India - Find Your Authorised Michelin Dealer - www.michelin.in
I bought Michelin tyre for my bike from -Siremull Hirachand & Co. (Pclt), Thousand Lights, 74 Greams Road, Near MRF Building, Chennai.
For MRF, there r lots of Authorized dealers in Chennai. My brother recently changed his rear tyre for his Pulsar at a big MRF showroom cum service center located at OMR.

Change the front tire too... Get a pilot sporty 2.75 x 17 for the front... Price around 1650 with tube... Both tires haue awesum grip and sexy luks... And since both are pilot sporty the front and rear will be compatible with each other.... Both are tube type but you can fit them as tubeless. The sidewalls are very strong...and do post pics....
Ya you are correct, i've downloaded the catalog from the site even on that they dint mention lot about tyre types
mine is tubeless so can i use it on my bike & i don't want tube so they may reduce the price naLast edited by rajaselvam_1987; 11-07-2011, 12:07 PM.

I have a Pulsar 135 LS (2500Km on the odo) and I would like to get better wider tyres for more grip(and looks) but I don't want to loose out on performance although I can sacrifice a bit of mileage. I don't want to make any modifications to the bike whatsoever to accomodate wider tyres.
These are the stock tyre specs on my bike:-
[1] Front - 2.75x17
[2] Rear - 100x90x17
What tires should I go for and what brand should I consider?

If u really want to go fat on the rear tire consider only zapper vyde...120/80 x 17.... Even this is not recommended... Anything above 100 will cause serious damage to your engine and stability.... Dont go above 100.... If you want serious grip, then go for the r15 front and rear tire.... Both are tubeless... It will suit your needs perfectly...and will luk good...
Pilot sporty 100x90x17 - Rs.1950 to 2240
pilot sporty 110x80x17 - Rs.2600
They also shown me one more type of Michelin that also looks same like pilot sporty that name is start In 'C' something like.
Same profile 100x90x17 - Rs 1700-1800
Which one i go forLast edited by rajaselvam_1987; 11-07-2011, 10:19 PM.
