Guess there are no many replacements available for 19 inchers. So get the stock tire.

I have seen many bullets with the rear tyre being used in front.. Awaiting the advantages and disadvantages of using the rear tyre at front before i decide on the buy..
The main disadvantage of using rear tire on front is, wet grip will be pathetic and there is a chance to skid during rains.

    • Are you sure? Any experience of using the rear tyre at front?

      I am confused!

Thanks again to both you and Aneesh for providing valuable inputs. I'll let you know my feedback once the tyres are changed.

              Thanks again.

Went ahead and got the tyres changed on my glady yesterday evening . Front - Michelin M45 2.75 * 18 and Rear - Michelin Sirac Street 3.00 * 18. Didn't change the tubes though as they were in very good condition. The guy who changed the tyres removed some form of ring like nut from the tube valve. He said that its not required at all. Was he right? Also he set the rear tyre pressure to 40 psi and front to 25 psi. Is this the right Tyre pressure? All this time i have been filling up 25 and 35 psi on front and rear respectively. Whats the right tyre pressure for front and rear on both hot and cold tyre conditions?

The total cost for the tyres both front and rear came to Rs.2950/-(M45 - 1600/- and Sirac Street - 1550/-) excluding tube cost which is 200 for each front and rear. My old tyres were bought for 130/-. Rear was in very bad condition with a couple of cracks and a nail. So far am satisfied with the tyre change. AS far as the performance feedback i'll let you guys know as and when i have done some 200-300 KMs.

                  Hi,
I have Dazzler in the owner manual the tyre pressure recommended is Front 25 and Rear 32. Should i fill 35 or 32 is fine as per manual.
Please advise on the tyre pressure
                  Thanks

Which one feels you more better?I mean ,if the air is little low,you will get good grip, but may reduce your mileage by 1 or 2kms.If air is full, you feels easy to ride and handle.I usually keeps full in dry conditions and during rains, will reduce a little, say 1 or 2 psi.

                    • Looking for 90/90-17 options for my bike's front tire. I am currently running the 100/80-17 Zapper FX tire from the FZ. Its a decent tyre, but not for the bike+biker combo that I am running

I sometimes head out to roads like this...

The Zapper FX is far worse than the stock Zapper FS for these conditions.

Need tyre suggestions for the front. I am not getting my usual diet of IRC Wildflare 90/90 which is an awesome tyre, considering going for stock tyre if I don't get anything better

Put the Sirac at the front also. Excellent for those kind of roads.

Is Wildfire not available in Banglore?

                          I would if they launched a 90/90-17
