.
As you already have good experiences with zapper-FS go for it in front .
Stick to the stock size for front , fatter front will degrade your steering and pickup . You should not expect any tyre to perform it's best in both urban roads and dirt-tracks and wild forest trails at once . Decide what 80% of your riding surface will be and fit tyres accordingly . Rest 20% you shall survive.
michelin M45's are great tubed city road tyres , a bit quicker to wear ... but great grip . You can try them for the rear . For mucho less money MRF zapper-Q / nylogrip-plus is also good for rears .
Im going for M62 Gazelle, Secura Sport, etc.
My riding comprises of... 50% normal City Riding... 25% Touring.. & 25% Rally'ing..!
I've been using MICHELIN SIRAC so long in a Pulsar 180'Dtsi.... its really an awesome Dual-Purpose tyre.. performs well in Wet-Roads, Broken Roads, Wet-Tarmac, Dirt Tracks, etc...
I even did a "MotoCross Event" with it.. but the problm is.. its too heavy & badly affects the sprockets n acceleration..!!>> RiDe SaFe > RiDe LoNg >>

As for your situation .. I can think of only one solution . Many tyres would handle city roads and highway touring just fine .Why don't you keep a separate set of tyres just for rallying ? It would cost you maybe a 100 Rs to switch tyres when you prepare your bike before a rally . Most rallyists does special preparation for bike before the D-day , no ? And your two sets would last just as long together .. so no waste .

moreover... SIRAC's are heavier compared to other-brand tyres of the same SIZE..
hmm.. thats the BEST solution.. (keeping two sets of tyres).... but actually.. Preparing the Bike for Rally is very costly... moreover i have to do some engine works also...
So, very much into financial pressure... as i'm a student..
You can understand Dada..
Thats y.... opting for a dual-purpose tyre..
nyways... If i dont get the SIRAC STREET's.... i'll go for MRF METEOR & MICHELIN M62 GAZELLE..>> RiDe SaFe > RiDe LoNg >>
