No bro,you dont need to mod your swing arm,but you have to bend the linkage rod for fixing tires bigger than the stock size!
actually i was looking at sirac 120 for my bike, but the tire is too heavy and will reduce the mileage for sure,So after knowing this i changed my tire to Michelin m45 4.0 @ rear(as per the recommendation of mohsin).I used to have 27km/l in city's with MRF,but now i am getting 2-3kms more and now my best is 36km/l ,I have a pic of sirac 120 and pirelli sport daemon 110 taken from a shop will post it for u!

I am sorry! It is MRF Nylogrip 80/100-17 53p (rear tyre).

Could you please suggest an alternate.

        Thank you.

                  • FZ - s rear tyre

What is the widest rear tyre that can be put on the fz- s without modifications? also how much can the side profile be increased without modification? I'm thinking of putting a pirellin 160/60 R 17 69V TL or a 140/80 R 17 M/C 69V TL... wondering if its a good idea or not...

                    • ^^ Why do you want a more wider tyre than the stock..

                      • I don't necessarily but I was looking for alternatives to stock because I pretty much hate MRF quality and didn't find many other options besides pirelli sports demon...

hmm... thats I'm wanting 110/90 for rear section.. coz fitting a 120/90 will badly affect the mileage & acceleration.. both..!!
btw... howz the performance of "Michelin m45" in off-road or gravel/dirt..??
and... what is 4.0 equivalent to...?? 110/90 or 120/90..??

                            • Hey guys i am planning to change the stock tyres of ZMR soon but I don't know which tyres to buy

I am looking for broader tyres which will not affect the performance (pickup , top speed etc) and provide better grip than stock ones . Also I don't want to remove or cut any part to make the tyre fit in . is it possible ?

Plzz mention the tyre name and price for both F and R tyres
                              I live in Bhopal
                              I don't brake rules , I merely test their elasticity ;)
