Yes you can fit 120 section tyre, but see if it touches the swingarm.
More than the size of the tyre (R15 stock tyres are very grippy, since they are soft compound), you should be thinking about the compound used. You need a harder compound for your riding conditions, IMO.Quench my thirst with gasoline!

Hi Fellow XBhpians,
I own a ZMA-R, which is a year old and clocked 22k kms.
Now although my stock tyres are good enough to run for another 10k, I want to change them to tubeless for better wet grip and durability.
Can somebody suggest me some good tubeless tyres which will fit in the bike without any mods and give better grip for cornering
Thanks in Advance!!!____________________________

you can choose between the pirelli or the sirac then !A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

Also for the front I will need a 2.75*18
If I go for Michelin I can get a Sirac and a M45 for the front, but again those are TT____________________________
