What tyre have you got from the Co. ? MRF or IRC ? If it is IRC then I suggest you use them for some time & then decide if you want to change. MRF's aren't that bad either but I feel IRC is better since I've been using them on my bike too. If you still want to replace then go in for Michelin Sirac very good Dual purpose tyres.

FInally i got rid of stock tyres on my Pulsar 200 today. They were completely worn out and there was hardly any thread left on them.
I was initially planning for FZ16 100/70 front tyre and Michellin Sirac for rear. But at the last moment changed my decision.
I got Pirelli MT75 100/80 for front and Pirelli sports deamon 140/70 for rear.
Man and does she handle good?Shez gliding on roads now. I did not push too hard as the tires are new. But she just drops into corners. I will do a complete test this monday night
. Lets see how hard i can push it.

it would fit too. wouldn't be optimum but it would fit.
i've seen a pirelli 170 rear on an FZ rim... looks gorgeous.
i'm sure it'll result in a drop in performance and affect handling quite a bit tho..

Waiting for your test results.
My choices are:
Front - FZ 100/80
Reat - Pirelli SD 140/70
Front Pirelli MT-75 cost me 1300bux
Rear Pirelli SD cost me 3000bux . 130/70 was also avilable for 2800bux.
Will do a extensive test tonight. It has rained today morning and roads are completely wet. The roads are just right for the full grip test.

Darn rip-offs. Thanks for the information.
You can also try Michellin sirac. Its also a very very good tyre.
I tested the tyres yesterday. Scraped the footrest a lot, the grip so far is outstanding. It sticks to the tarmac even in gravel. The same spots where the Stock Zappers used to screech everyday, pirellis dont even break a sweat . the front grips so well that it pops stoppies almost everywhere.
The accelearation seems to have suffered. Bike takes its own sweet time to hit 100 now .
In a flyover, i used to climb it at 115km/hr. But now it cant go anything above 102 while climbing it, poor 200 just gives up. I am yet to test top-end. Will test it tonight.
