Guys suggest me a good rear tyre for P220? Heard MRFs are hard to find these days. How much does the Sirac cost at Chennai?
P.S: I want a tyre for touring purpose.

yeo, post the pics of ur tyres, we can have a better idea then...
wht is ur current average ???
I would suggest IRC too, MRF and IRC both are good tyres... sirac though is used for 220's... and never never go for TVS eurogrips... alro keep gearing ratios in mind... a thicker tyre changes the ratios...

My woeful luck with my R15s rear tyre continues. Even after putting a tube in last week I get no peace. Suffered a puncture over the weekend caused by a small cut on the tube and today morning when I wheeled the bike out I saw that it again had a puncture. Its done only 137xx kms.
Time to change the rear tyre. Looking at options to the MRF rear in case it is unavailable / over priced.
Met a guy in office today who has put a tubed MRF Nylogrip 100/90 Pulsar tyre on his rear. He says its held well for a year and it cost him Rs 1600. And best of all no punctures till date . Wouldnt mind going in for this if the grip is good. Is this the P220 tyre ? Any suggestions ?
Another option is the Pirelli 100/80/17 which is available for Rs 1900 from Autoqueen, Cochin. Has anyone tried this ? Any feedback ?
