  • hello everyone. im from manila, philippines. the pulsar 200cc was introduced in our country less than a year ago.

i recently bought a givi box. the box has its own brake light that you will tap on your rear brake circuit. my question is if i do the electrical connection will the warranty be void?

thanks in advance for your reply.

If you connect those lights to battery then it will only void BATTERY WARRANTY. otherwise, it is aonly a physical thing which never ever modifies anypart of engine or bike to work differently so it will not void anyother thing warranty.

i did manage to tap the brake light in the carrier box with the brake light line. it works perfectly if i use the hand brake. however if i step on the rear brake the motorcycle brake light wont light up.

i guess the pulsar's computer detects additional load and cuts the excess off. nice safety factor for the pulsar

                FRONT : 28
                REAR : 32
That's my 180 UG4 tyre pressure, might match the 200.

Na buddy i need the value for 200 and its quite different from the value for 180. Though i'm not sure which one is 180ug4. If its the one with the clip ons then it might be same but no idea about that.

Yes, UG4 is the one with Clip-ons.But, Tyre pressure maybe same as 180 shares same tyre as that is in 220.

                          • One question for all.

How many of you have experienced this?

While riding at night with lights on, if your bike goes off (for any reason) and when you restart your bike the following won't light up:-
                            1. Speedo LCD.
                            2. Parking lights on the headlght.
                            3. Tail light.

                            Inputs appreciated

                              • ^ Ya that happens to me also, only the LCD backlight switches off, the pilots and the tail light still work.

I suspect it is some inbuilt functionality in the BCU. Restarting the bike solves the problem.
